By-Annual Conference  of Uttarakhand Circle Branch at Dehradun scheduled to be held on 23-8-14 & 24-8-14 had now been re-scheduled to 30-8-14 & 31-8-14.  The venue will remain same.

All members and guests are cordially invited in open session on 31-8-14

Postpone of Circle conference to be held on 27-07-2014-Uttarakhand Circle Branch

This is to intimate  that CWC and Bi Annual Circle Conference to be held on 26-7-14 & 27-7-14 at Agarwal Dharamsala, Near Railway Station Dehradun has once again postponed  in compliance to AD (Staff) o/o CPMG Uttarakhand Circle Dehradun letter No. U/3-8 dtd 22-7-14 for carrying out work for National Cleaning Drive at entire Circle.  Fresh dates will be intimated to all concern  in due course as per decision of working committee.

Change in venue for By-Annual Circle Conference Uttarakhand Circle

This is to inform all concern that due to National cleaning drive in progress, the venue for By-Annual Circle Conference Uttarakhand Circle will be changed.  The new venue will be Agarwal Dharamsala, Ist floor Hall, Near Railway Station, Dehradun.

1-                Under the provisions of Article 30 of Constitution of All India Association of Inspector Posts & Asstt. Supdt. Posts, It is hereby notified that the C.W.C meeting will be held at Dehradun.  The meeting will start at 1000 hrs on  26-07-2014 (Saturday) and conclude at 1600 hrs.

2-                Under the provisions of Article 25 of Constitution of All India Association of Inspector Posts & Asstt. Supdt. Posts, It is hereby notified that the By-Annual Conference of Uttarakhand Circle Branch will be held at Dehradun as under :-

Venue – Conference Hall, Circle Office,  Dehradun

Date & Time – 27^th July 2014 (Sunday) at 1100 hrs.

Agenda

1-          Confirmation of Proceedings of previous CWC held.

2-            Submission of Audited accounts of the Association.

3-            Discussion on demand of higher pay scale & cadre review.

4-            Merger of ASP cadre into PSS Gr B cadre.

5-      Conveying of regular DPC.

6-      Preparation and issue of Circle Gradation list of IP/ASP.

7-      Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

All the members of the All India Association of Inspector Posts & Asstt. Supdt. Posts, Uttarakhand are requested to attend on 27^th July 2014 (Sunday).  The members of CWC will attend the CWC on 26^th July 2014 (Saturday).
