Fixed Medical Allowance is an allowance of Rs.100 per month heitherto given to Pensioners and Family Pensioners if they reside at a place where CGHS facility is not available.
Now, Government has enhanced this FMA from Rs.100 to Rs.300 with effect from 1.9.2008 vide No: 4/25/2008-P&PW(D) dated 26.05.2010 issued by Department Pension and Pensioner’s welfare
