    Then what will our Hon'ble secretary's course of action?As you know no hotels are available in the station of visit/inspection.secretary should write to waive production of hotel bills where no facility of hotels.

      As per the existing Rules, the possibility of waiving off production of hotel bill is nil. However as discussed during the course of conference, the matter may be sorted out locally with Divisional Head concern

    Issue of road milage has to be also raised with the higher autherties..
